24vegetarian gyozas
1tbspsoy sauce
1tbsprice vinegar
1tspsesame oil
1/2tsphoney or maple syrup
1/2tspgrated ginger
1/2tspfinely chopped garlic
1/2tspchilli flakes (optional)
1tspsesame seeds
1tbspchopped spring onions
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C. 50/50 Oven and steam.
Place frozen gyozas on a baking tray and bake for 6 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey (or maple syrup), grated ginger, finely chopped garlic, chilli flakes (if using), sesame seeds, and chopped spring onions until well combined. Serve as a dipping sauce for the gyozas.
