Ingredients

Oil for frying
3tbspsoy sauce
1tbsprice vinegar
1tbsphoney or maple syrup
1/2tspsesame oil
1/2tspgrated ginger
1small garlic clove, minced
1/2tspchilli flakes (optional)
Instructions
Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer to 180°C.
Fry the frozen spring rolls in batches for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
For the dipping sauce, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey or maple syrup, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and chilli flakes if using.
Serve the crispy spring rolls on a platter with the dipping sauce on the side.
