Ingredients
- 24 vegetarian gyozas
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp chopped spring onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C. 50/50 Oven and steam.
- Place frozen gyozas on a baking tray and bake for 6 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey (or maple syrup), grated ginger, finely chopped garlic, chilli flakes (if using), sesame seeds, and chopped spring onions until well combined. Serve as a dipping sauce for the gyozas.
