SPRING ROLLS WITH DIPPING SAUCE

Crispy, golden spring rolls filled with a delicious mix of vegetables, served with a flavorful dipping sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 18 Spring rolls
  • Oil for frying
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer to 180°C.
  • Fry the frozen spring rolls in batches for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • For the dipping sauce, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey or maple syrup, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and chilli flakes if using.
  • Serve the crispy spring rolls on a platter with the dipping sauce on the side.
