
SPRING ROLLS WITH DIPPING SAUCE

Ingredients
- 18 Spring rolls
- Oil for frying
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer to 180°C.
- Fry the frozen spring rolls in batches for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- For the dipping sauce, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey or maple syrup, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and chilli flakes if using.
- Serve the crispy spring rolls on a platter with the dipping sauce on the side.
